Lima and New York

Wednesday, May 13 - So we're home sweet home. On Tuesday, May 4 Keith and I spent the day wandering around Lima and took a city tour in the afternoon. We stopped at several interesting sights, in particular, the catacombs. We had a delicious dinner on the waterfront and then headed for the airport. We caught the red-eye from Lima to New York and somehow managed to get upgraded to first-class. It was fabulous! We arrived in New York on Wednesday, May 5 - Cinqo de Mayo! We spent the day/night visiting with old friends and enjoying all the delicious food New York has to offer (especially their pizza)! We were on the $10 Chinese bus the next morning and then another bus from South Station to Cape Cod. Finally we were home! Next up, Africa in about 5 weeks....
